Phoenix Survivor Network (PSN) is a nonprofit breast cancer organization based in Chicago, dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with breast cancer before the recommended screening age. Our mission is to ensure that no one walks this journey alone by providing essential services that empower, educate, and uplift survivors and their families.
PSN offers a range of breast cancer support programs tailored for young survivors, including PSN Talk Circles for emotional support, The Journey for guidance through diagnosis and treatment, and Flame On!, a peer buddy program that connects survivors with mentors who truly understand their challenges. We also provide resources for parents through our PSN Parents’ Group and assist families with childcare support during treatment.
If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with breast cancer at a young age, we are here for you. Join our community today and discover the strength of support, knowledge, and shared experiences. Call us now at (872) 227-6250 to learn how PSN can help you navigate this journey with confidence!
